Winter Blast is open to WPA members who are current with 2012 dues, and their immediate family members only.

There is a waiver of liability form that must be signed (at the event) by each WPA member and his / her spouse (if attending).

There will be no release of wristbands or permission to enter Western Winter Blast XXIII without completion of this release form.

Applications must have legible E-mail addresses to receive registration confirmations

Be sure you are able to attend. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR NON-ATTENDANCE
