 christmas-crackers
DESCRIPTION:Christmas crackers are a holiday favorite novelty in the UK an
d Commonwealth countries. Christmas crackers were invented in the 1840s a
nd have been a tradition since. I prefer to call them celebration cracker
s as these little devices are easy to make for many occasions such as bir
thdays\, sports parties\, etc.\n\nIn this workshop we will go over how to
make Christmas crackers\, some of the history behind them and ideas abou
t contents. This is a great class for all ages and while it uses a pull s
tring pyrotechnic device\, it is more of an arts and crafts project that
is fun and easy to make.
