The Fourth of July may be months away, but a flawless show is won during the preparation and the load-out long before the first shell is dropped. We have all been there: troubleshooting a stubborn firing module at T-minus ten minutes or finding ways to keep a crew motivated through a long day on the field. Whether you are a seasoned operator with decades of experience or you are just starting your journey in the commercial display industry, there is always a more efficient way to get the job done. This roundtable is your chance to step away from the racks and connect with other professionals to share the hard-earned wisdom that only comes from years of experience in the field.

This is a relaxed, informal discussion focused on the practical realities of our business. We are moving past the theoretical to talk about what actually works when you’re out on the site—from the equipment that holds up under pressure to the specific techniques that make setup and teardown safer and faster. We will discuss everything from truck loading and crew recruitment to hidden secrets for navigating firing system software. We'll have some prepared topics to get the ball rolling, but the most valuable insights come from you. Bring your tips, your questions, and your "lessons learned" to help us all become better operators and produce higher-quality shows for our communities.
