SUMMARY:Transitioning from Hand Firing to Electric Firing
LOCATION:Tent 1\, Sara Park\, Lake Havasu City\, AZ

 ning-from-hand-firing-to-electric-firing
DESCRIPTION:Many shooters start their career by manually lighting each dev
ice in their display. As skills improve\, so do thoughts of producing mor
e complex displays that require the use of electrical firing systems. Thi
s class will discuss the differences in laying out a hand-lit show versus
an electrically fired show and discuss many of the elements a shooter mu
st consider in designing and firing the show. Topics will include:\n• E
fficient layouts for electrical shows\n• The basic types of firing syst
ems currently available\n• The physics of the e-match. “How many can
 I fire at once?”\n• Electrical firing safety\n• If time permits\, b
 asic choreography will be discussed
