# Ocean Williams

Ocean Williams is a pyrochemist who fell in love with the hobby ever since a young age. He has taken this hobby and turned it into a profession and career, developing perchlorate-free smoke-free firework stars, some of the fastest gunpowder, low-smoke tracer compositions, and is continuing development on smokeless lift and quick match. His formulations are featured in theme parks, concerts, and more. Along with pyro chemistry he is also a show designer and has scripted multiple pyro-musicals including PGI’s Sunday night opening display. He is also competing in Sky Wars 2026 blind pyro. Although there is much more to learn in the world of pyrotechnic chemistry and engineering, he is eager to continue pursuing the art of pyrotechnics and loves to share his thoughts whenever possible.
