against them or their agents for any damages or injuries I sustain related to using the information

providers or the sponsoring organization to communicate the necessary terms for compliance to me.
I understand that federal, state, and local compliance may each exist and may each require different
behaviors or licenses and may prohibit some behaviors and acts. I will engage only in such activities
as are lawful and in compliance with the requirements of all relevant jurisdictions.
I agree not to copy, post elsewhere, or forward any seminar content, to other persons or on other
digital or print forums. If I breach this agreement and share this information with any other
individuals or entities I assume full and complete responsibility for the harm to others who obtain
this information from me as the sponsoring organization and seminar presenters were given no
opportunity to obtain a waiver of liability prior to communicating this information to said other
individuals or entities.
