Please ask first
Fireworks, chemicals, motors and anything energetic must be arranged with the Safety Chair before they come anywhere near us. Never ship them or drop them off. For everything else, send the form and we'll set up a time and place.
Your receipt
Once your gift arrives you get a receipt from WAPM or the WPA that describes what you gave. The IRS doesn't let a charity put a value on donated property; valuing it is up to you. A WAPM gift is deductible to the extent allowed by law, and for a gift worth more than $500 you may need IRS Form 8283. Gifts to the WPA aren't deductible as charitable contributions.
