- Members may sponsor up to 3 Guests (up to 5 Guests per agreement with the Registration Chair).
- Must be attending the same event as the Sponsored Guest(s).
- Must be a member in good standing through the end of the event.
- Must be in control of all Sponsored Guests at all times; this means:
- Sponsored Guests may not roam the event grounds unattended.
- Must monitor Sponsored Guest when at the shooting lines.
- Must ensure all Sponsored Guests use the appropriate PPE on the shooting lines.
- Must follow the WPA policies for the purchase and use of regulated materials.
- Educates the Sponsored Guest on this policy.
- A person (aged 18 and over) may be a Sponsored Guest that has never been a WPA member, and:
- Sponsored Guest can only be a Guest for each WPA event ONCE in their lifetime.
- Has not attended this WPA event as a previous Sponsored Guest.
- Is a Spouse or family member of another Sponsored Guest.
- Children under the age of 18 may be a Sponsored Guest, but pay the full Sponsored Guest registration fee.
- Must be sponsored by a WPA member in good standing, that is registered and attending the same event.
- Must pay the Sponsored Guest registration fee for each Sponsored Guest
- Cannot roam the event grounds unless in the presence of Sponsoree.
- Cannot go to the shooting lines unless accompanied by the Sponsoree.
- Must use the appropriate PPE when on the shooting lines.
- Will not be issued a member number.
- May attend the annual business meeting, but cannot vote.
- Sponsored Guest can only be a Guest for each WPA event ONCE in their lifetime.
- All other WPA Rules and Policies still apply to all Sponsored Guests.
